This Cookie Policy explains how the website available at dddigitalstudio.com, presented under the name D&D Digital, uses cookies and similar technologies.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device. Similar technologies, such as browser storage, can also store or retrieve information on your device. We refer to them collectively as cookies. Some are necessary; optional cookies are used only after an active choice.
2. How we use them
- Necessary technology — used to store and respect your language and privacy choices. It cannot be switched off through our settings because it is required to remember those choices.
- Analytics cookies — used only with your consent to understand how visitors use the website and improve its content and conversion journey.
- Scheduling technologies — Calendly uses technologies needed to display and operate the embedded scheduler and offers its own regional controls for optional Calendly cookies.
We do not currently use advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking cookies.

Google's default lifetime for GA4 cookies is two years. We configure a shorter maximum lifetime of 13 months and do not renew that lifetime on each visit. We will update this policy before enabling any materially different use.
The booking pages embed Calendly. Calendly may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to provide and secure the scheduler, remember preferences and, where allowed through its own controls, measure or improve its services. The exact technologies and durations are determined by Calendly and may change independently of the cookies listed above.
4. Google Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided for EEA customers by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google group companies and subprocessors may support delivery of the service.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, form content, booking details or other directly identifying information to GA4. Google's email-address redaction is enabled on a best-effort basis, and configured URL query-parameter values are redacted before events are sent. This safeguard does not replace our rule that personal data must not be included in Analytics events.
Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses for EU, Swiss or UK users. IP addresses are used transiently to derive coarse location information and discarded before data is logged.
The legal basis is your consent. You may refuse analytics without losing access to the website. GA4 user-level and event-level data is retained for 14 months without resetting after new activity. Standard aggregated reports may remain available longer. Google Signals, advertising features, remarketing and ad personalisation are disabled, and the property is not linked to Google Ads.
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area using recognised safeguards, including applicable adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Your choice
Analytics is off by default. Under our Basic Consent Mode implementation, the Google tag is not loaded and no Analytics request is sent until you select Allow cookies or actively enable Analytics in Cookie settings and save your choice. Rejecting, closing or ignoring the banner does not grant consent and does not restrict access.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Manage cookie preferences on this page. Withdrawal blocks future collection, removes accessible GA4 cookies and reloads the page without GA. It does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful; previously collected data is deleted according to the retention period above unless earlier deletion is required and technically possible.
You may also delete or block cookies through your browser. Deleting the necessary consent cookie may cause the banner to appear again and require a new choice; browser controls do not replace the choice available through Manage cookie preferences.
These site-level settings control Google Analytics. Calendly's optional technologies are controlled separately through the cookie controls displayed within its embedded scheduler.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our use of cookies changes. If a change introduces a new optional purpose, provider or materially different processing, we will request consent again before activating it.
